RELATIONSHIP WITH SELF
The person you spend the most time with (you) is sometimes the hardest to get along with. You have a relationship with yourself – what you think about yourself, what value you place on your worth, how you assess your strengths and weaknesses, how you take care of yourself, and how you navigate the feelings you encounter within yourself each day.
We often don’t take time to step back from the flow of life and assess our own well-being; but when we do we are better able to deal with the challenges that surround us.

Here are some questions to help you reflect on your relationship with yourself:
What do you value?
Are you living in alignment with your values and beliefs?
How do you feel about the thoughts that occupy your mind?
How do you feel about your feelings?
How are you coping with life stressors?
Do you find satisfaction and comfort living in your own skin?

These aren't just nice things to think about if you get a minute. These are the questions that drive purpose, meaning, and satisfaction in life.
